In the past decade there have been phenomenal advancements in external limb prosthetic including componentry, suspension methods, and control schemata.  This presentation will review Prosthetics & Orthotics (P&O) at Georgia Tech, offer an introduction to external limb prosthetics, and conclude with an overview of the current State of the Science in prosthetics.
